Premium Pay Attendance Incentive: On top of our competitive base wages, we also offer the opportunity for all non-exempt employees to earn an extra $1.50 - $2.00 per hour (based on tenure). The longer you stay the more PTO you earn! Included in this benefit is the opportunity to sell a portion of your earned PTO back to the company for cash. Your PTO earning rate increases along with your time with the company. Full-time (30+ hrs) hourly employees will receive one week paid time off upon hire and salaried employees will receive two weeks paid time off upon hire. Paid Time Off (PTO): We believe maintaining a healthy work-life balance is important for employees to be able to be at their best when they are working, which is why we have a competitive paid time off program for both full-time and part-time employees.
